摘要: Background: In the management of dyspepsia, upper endoscopy is an important component. our locality, patients requiring are conventionally referred to specialist clinics by family physicians. We have introduced first open-access service in Hong Kong, which has allowed physicians arrange without prior consultation. A study on outcome contrast with conventional referral system was conducted. Methods: For presenting region were given option directly Medical Endoscopy Unit addition clinics.
