摘要: Leptin is a hormone produced by the adipocytes to regulate food intake and energy expenditure at hypothalamic level. It commonly accepted that main determinants of leptin secretion are net amount body fat mean size adipocytes. On contrary, important vectors flux in organism, such as expended on exercise, not thought be regulators secretion. To understand whether regulated an acute strenuous 29 male athletes who had trained for marathon running were studied before after run compared with 22 nonobese, age-, sex-, mass index (BMI)-matched sedentary controls. Controls showed no differences BMI or fat-free mass. Marathon runners strong reduction total (6.2 +/- 0.4 kg; 9.1 0.5% fat) controls (12.3 0.5 16.1 fat; P < 0.05). This difference composition was paralleled serum level marathonians (2.9 0.2 micrograms/L) significantly (P 0.05) reduced (5.1 0.6 micrograms/L). remarkable ratio per kg fat, very good agreement between two groups, 0.40 0.04 microgram/L.kg 0.46 0.03 marathonians. In correlated both weight, BMI, 0.001). The trajectory standard 42.195 km accomplished average time 3 h, 17 min, 7 s, calculated over 2800 Cal. After run, water imbalance occurred, significant decrease weight increase albumin. A values observed (2.6 micrograms/L), which more relevant considering relative hemoconcentration. conclusion, 1) subjects, levels parallel 2) expressed controls; 3) Cal occurred. Strong changes may man.
