摘要: Background. Screening for biochemical markers is important diagnosing colon cancer. In this study, the reliability of serum mesothelin levels as a potential diagnostic and screening instrument was evaluated concerning Methods. Ninety-five patients who had undergone colonoscopic examination were diagnosed with cancer included in study. The measured ELISA kits terms significant difference when compared between control group. Results. Patients significantly higher than groups. We found associations tumor grade, perineural invasion, vascular invasion (resp., ). Conclusion. Evaluating has to detect screen affected patients. Our data suggest that exhibits effects towards serves biomarker deadly disease.
