摘要: We fabricated current-perpendicular-to-plane pseudo spin valves (CPP PSVs) having Co2MnαSi0.82 electrodes with various Mn compositions, α, and an Ag spacer investigated the strength of biquadratic interlayer exchange coupling (90° coupling) in CPP PSVs by comparing magnetoresistance characteristics spin-transfer-torque induced magnetization switching characteristics. experimentally found that (a) 90° increased as α increased, (b) it was weakened insertion ultrathin CoFe layer between Co2MnSi (CMS) spacer, resulting suppression at 290 K, (c) strongly depended on temperature. These results clarify atoms diffused into paramagnetic character are origin CMS-based PSVs.
