摘要: This book presents the combined results of a research and development project funded by European Union’s 5th Framework Programme 2001–2004. The full title was “The challenges modernity for REiNdeer MANagement: integration sustainable in Europe’s subarctic boreal regions (RENMAN)”1. Within this Programme, RENMAN under Key Action “Quality Life Management Living Resources” (Contract QLK5-CT-2000-0745). portion program mandated that aim toward (1) “the design negotiation policies will have direct impact on local conditions prospects securing an acceptable level quality living”, (2) continuation appropriate management regimes utilization living resources locally regionally within context”.
