摘要: Superconductivity has been observed in single-crystalline Sr 1- x La TiO 3 samples for = 0.001 and 0.009, which were previously classified as nonsuperconducting semiconductors. The relation between the critical temperature T c carrier density n is comparable with those Nb-doped or reduced SrTiO systems. apparent universality of suggests that doped system predominantly determined by independent method doping.
