摘要: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CH86-1 isolated from cheonggukjang was found to have strong fibrinolytic activity when grown on Luria-Bertani medium, and this increased sharply the cells entered stationary phase. The major enzyme, AprE86-1, purified culture supernatant identified by tandem mass spectrometry. molecular weight of mature enzyme determined be 27 kDa sodium dodecyl sulfatepolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. optimum pH partially AprE86-1 6.0-7.0 it stable at up 45°C.
