摘要: Group members tend to be biased in their evaluation of the information discussed. The present study aimed disentangle effects preference consistency, social validation, and ownership on a single experimental design. Participants first received about personnel selection task. After having made decision, they read transcript fictitious discussion. In transcript, were orthogonally manipulated as within-subjects factors.
