摘要: The unoccupied conduction band and the occupied valence of α- β-brass (Cu-Zn) have been studied by inverse photoemission spectroscopy. experimental spectra interpreted with help calculations based on full potential linearized augmented plane wave method using density functional theory. modification bands between is related to change in structure increase Zn content. For CuZn, states exhibits a monotonic decrease across Fermi level (EF) dip at about 2 eV above EF, but no evidence minimum representing pseudogap observed EF.
