摘要: Nucellar callus lines were established from two orange cultivars (‘Nucellar Shamouti’, ‘Shamouti Landau’), three mandarin (‘Murcott’, ‘Dancy’, ‘Ponkan’) one grapefruit cultivar (‘Duncan’) and sour (Citrus aurantium). These initiated in vitro cultured ovules of young fruits maintained an embryogenic capacity. The plating efficiencies protoplasts derived these calli, as well those lemon (cv. ‘Villafranca’) nucellar differentially affected by the maceration enzymes sugars used osmotic stabilizers. Plants with normal morphological features regenerated each lines. establishment eight new protoplast systems Citrus paves way for cell genetics studies novel breeding approaches economically important orchard trees.
