摘要: Since the late 1970s central government of China has initiated several ecological environmental protection projects. The most significant these been tui geng huan lin (returning cultivated land to forest and pasture) project in operation since 1990s. China's northwest region is characterized by lack water resources, yet such resources are vital importance. There scant discussion literature (including China) on linkages between projects management practices. This paper analyses how interpreted local setting, policies practices correspond conclusion that interlinked with both projects, a new process for redistribution established. When equity social costs not factored into planning may be as high costs. (C) 2009 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
