摘要: Groundwater, as an important store of freshwater, plays a more critical role in sustaining the ecosystem and enhancing human adaptation to changing climate than surface water. Especially, it can large volumes water naturally buffer pressure shortage against seasonal changes rainfall. However, groundwater itself is also vulnerable change, showing great change hydrologic cycle. Therefore, effective management has strategic importance for China9s security. At present, China facing crisis because dual effects natural anthropogenic factors. Many new ideas solutions have been given previous studies on utilization management. This paper vividly captures these studies. The summarizes properties situation development utilization. reports challenges, strategies policies sustainability.
