摘要: Virtual water represents all freshwater used in the process of producing a commodity. In case agricultural products, many studies have focused on quantifying virtual flows through international trade products. The concept commercialization should be carefully studied as potential solution for scarcity, especially countries facing risks shortage few years such Tunisia. main idea this paper is to optimize use, by mean estimation exported crops which high consumption. We also analyze that are imported and therefore, might contribute save water. Commonly widely cultivated region Zaghouan characterized diversity That’s why it could represent good study from we focus olive oil one most strategic products Tunisia wheat product. attempt create technical economic data sheets monitoring about 40 farmers region. These not only estimate gross margin but calculate demand each crop allowing found out may saves 1.13 m 3 per kilogram if import instead domestically. trees, an average yield 2339 kg hectare exports 2.10 every olive.
