摘要: Abstract Red emitting Pr 3+ , Al doped SrTiO 3 phosphor was synthesized by a polymeric complex method using metallic nitrates, ethylene glycol and citric acid. powder with large surface area, small particle size low agglomeration formed at temperature of 600°C. Different growth tendency also observed both above below 900°C. The luminescent properties :Al, were investigated photoluminescence. Under 359 nm excitation, exhibited strong red emission, peaking about 620 nm. intensity the excitation spectra enhanced addition ions. luminescence mechanism may be related to interaction between ions absorb exciting radiation, this absorbed energy is transferred then emitted from
