摘要: The authors present Sisters of the Academy's (SOTA) adaptation KEMET Academy model, an academic and cultural enrichment program for African American students attending underresourced schools, to strengthen pipeline community college from undergraduate through professional school. model was designed by SOTA members affiliates at a Southern land-grant institution implemented over five-year period as competency-based increase numbers secondary who chose enter schools. programmatic outcomes yielded Competencies Associated with Success Rural Youth (CASRY). believe that CASRY framework may be applied efforts levels beyond K-12 four-year transition.
