摘要: Little attention has been given to the role of antibodies against Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) infection. We have compared levels IgA and IgG ESAT-6/CFP-10 Rv2031c antigens in sera patients with culture-confirmed pulmonary (PTB), healthy Mtb-infected non-infected individuals endemic TB settings. Venous blood samples were collected from 166 study participants; separated assayed by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). QuantiFERON-TB Gold In-Tube (QFTGIT) was used for screening latent The mean optical density (OD) values Rv2031 significantly higher PTB (P < 0.001). OD also (P < 0.05). both cases individuals. There positive correlations (P < 0.05) between level IFN-γ induced QFTGIT serum subjects. This shows potential response discriminating clinical cases. Nevertheless, further well-designed cohort is needed fully realize full this diagnostic marker.
