摘要: In this review article, we focus on emerging nanocantilever based biological sensors and discuss the response of nanocantilevers towards bio-molecules capture. The article guides reader through various modes operation (e.g., static or dynamic) to detect change in characteristics mass, stiffness, and/or surface stress) cantilever due adsorption surface. First, explain classical linear resonant mode mass stress sensors. effect operating nonlinear regime is then illustrated examples bifurcation electromechanical coupling Flexure-FET biosensors. We believe that a new class sensors, with their extraordinary sensitivity capture, could be potential candidate for low cost point-of-care applications.
