摘要: The expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), oestrogen (ER) and progesterone (PR) was assayed by a radioreceptor method in 117 primary ovarian cancers. EGFR not significantly related to any the clinicopathological parameters examined. In patients with stage II-IV disease who underwent second-look surgery after chemotherapy, significant correlation between high levels poor response chemotherapy demonstrated (P = 0.031). Moreover, post-operative residual tumour showed an independent role predicting 0.0007) status borderline significance 0.052) multivariate analysis. No steroid hormone receptors observed. Whereas relationship shown positivity shorter overall survival (OS) 0.0022) progression-free (PFS) 0.0033), patient status. Among tested only stage, ascites retained prognostic value
