摘要: The targeting of tumors is made possible through establishing protein signatures specific for each cancer type. recent recognition the higher expression levels HSP90 and its accumulation in tumor cell mitochondria has network a feasible target neutralization. antagonizes mitochondrial permeability transition, blocking cytochrome c release apoptosis. In this issue JCI, Kang et al. report synthesis Gamitrinibs, which mitochondrially localized HSP90, specifically killing human lines, provide fresh approach treatment (see related article beginning on page 454).
