摘要: Abstract Treatment of two sizes juvenile Atlantic salmon Salmo salar ( 16.0 cm initial fork length) with formalin at either 167 or 250 μL/L every 2 weeks for a 12-week period from mid-March to the end May before transfer seawater had no significant effect on their growth, survival, plasma electrolytes, hematocrit. Five days after last treatment, fish were transferred seawater. Survival was high in all treatment groups. On basis these findings, we conclude that use as bath (up μL/ L 90 min) once alternate week appears be safe juveniles through spring smoltification, even when is 5 d transfer.
