摘要: We studied the developmental capacities of primary ectoderm and endoderm 6-day embryos hybrids between strains 129/Sv-SIJ C P A/He mice by grafting these germ layers into testes adult for 30 days. Grafts embryonic gave rise to teratocarcinomas composed undifferentiated embryonal cells derivatives all three including respiratory alimentary epithelium. extraembryonic invasive trophoblastic giant cells. did not develop.
