摘要: A polysaccharide coded as PR-CA was extracted from Polyporus rhinoceros and determined to be a β-(1 → 3)-D-glucan with multiple branches. The weight-average molecular weights (Mw) of in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) water were static light scattering (SLS) 3.57 × 10(5) 1.79 10(7), indicating existence the single chains DMSO co-existence aggregates water. Moreover, stiffness directly visualized by atomic force microscopy (AFM) transmission electron (TEM). hollow structure nanofibers width 30-40 nm length ∼ 350 formed water/DMSO (9:1, v:v) demonstrated fluorescent probe tetraphenylethylene (TPE) via aggregation-induced emission (AIE). formation ascribed parallel aggregation extended due hydrogen bonding hydrophobic interaction. This work offered valuable results for promising applications natural branched β-glucans biological fields drug inclusion, delivery disease diagnosis.
