摘要: Abstract Angle-resolved inverse photoemission spectroscopy (ARIPES) in isochromat mode ( h ω = 9.5 eV ) has been performed for highly oriented pyrolytic graphite. The unoccupied band structure of graphite could be mapped with considerable accuracy the energy range 0 – 21 above Fermi level. experimental results were compared some previous ARIPES and calculations presented so far.
