摘要: A large number of mouse monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs) are now available* to human leukocyte cell surface antigens. An incomplete list includes MoAbs specific for T lymphocytes; B associated antigen; a 24,000 dalton structure present on bone marrow lymphohemopoietic precursors and lymphoid leukemic cells; antigens primarily expressed cells lymphocyte monocyte/macrophase lineage; “pan-T” reagent detecting 65,000 antigen (T65) common all normal lymphocytes. This is being increased monthly by several innovative companies* concerned with the development new antibodies. Using bifunctional chelates it possible label In-111 in vivo imaging(1). The advantages disadvantages using listed Table 1.
