摘要: Abstract To overcome serious limitations encountered by mesoporous silica nanoparticle (MSN) and dendrimers used alone, to further enhance their performance for application in cancer treatment, multifunctional nanoparticles as nanocarriers were prepared layer-by-layer assembly method, with biocompatible Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) chondroitin sulfate (CS). Due being incorporated MSN, PAMAM can avoid the fast clearance. Attributing multilayer coating of CS, possess self-fluorescent property, avoiding use fluorescent labels enabling release drugs responded pH. Furthermore, sulfate, a natural polysaccharide found bone, cartilage, connective tissue, be served linking points bring together, delivery via its targeting ability.
