摘要: The study indicates, for the first time, changes in both ATPase and AChE activities membrane of red blood cells patients diagnosed with COPD. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is one most common severe lung disorders. We examined impact COPD on redox balance properties cells. involved 30 18 healthy subjects. An increase lipid peroxidation products a decrease content -SH groups were observed. Moreover, an activity glutathione peroxidase superoxide dismutase, but not catalase activity, found as well. Significant erythrocyte enzymes also evident demonstrated by considerably lowered elevated activity. Changes structure function observed patients, together key (ATPases AChE), can result from imbalance status these due to extensive oxidative stress induced disease.
