摘要: Abstract Procedures for solubilization of phosphorus from insoluble phosphates by acidophilic autotrophs and heterotrophs are considered to be research subjects great importance in sustainable soil management, could become, the future, an alternative current expensive methods industrial fertilizer production. Furthermore, this biological production can more environmentally friendly than methods. The object study was investigate possibility leaching phosphate rock apatite using sulphuric acid generated pyrite iron-oxidizing Acidithiobacillus sp. B2, test possible application mixture these two minerals produce a natural fertilizer. Iron-oxidizing B2 isolated copper sulphide mine wastewater (Lake Robule) Bor, Serbia. bacterium identified 16SrDNA oligonucleotide sequence characterized matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectroscopy (MALDI-TOF MS). experiment carried out laboratory conditions at 28 °C period four weeks. results showed that up 34.5% inorganic leached when suspension with while same time, degree control (without B2) only 3.8%. Due its low cost environmental acceptance, treatment combination iron- sulphur-oxidizing bacteria become attractive way improve quality alkaline soils.
