摘要: Prostate cancer (PC) is the most prevalent type of in men worldwide. In Saudi Arabia, rate PC increasing annually. The sex steroid hormones androgens and their receptors have critical roles development progression. Additionally, apoptosis-related proteins such as heat-shock are vital molecules development. Steroid hormone-deprivation therapies remain essential treatment for patients with metastatic PCs; however, acquired resistance to hormone deprivation transition androgen independence a major health obstacle. this review, we aim detail androgens, inducing apoptosis PC.
