摘要: The expression of p53 protein was immunohistochemically studied in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded biopsy specimens 203 colorectal carcinomas by use a monoclonal antibody specific for the protein. PAb1801. with its reactivity localised nuclei found 121 (59.6%) cancers. There no correlation immunoreactivity histological classification, wall invasion, lymphatic venous lymph node metastases, or peritoneal metastases. p53-positive cancers were more frequently associated liver metastasis than p53-negative ones. Patients tumours had significantly poorer prognoses those tumours. 5 year survival rate 58.1% patients tumours, and 76.3% In Dukes' stage C an especially good between prognosis. addition, higher recurrence rates. results indicate that may be useful prognostic marker
