摘要: Abstract In this work, a novel fluorescence biosensor was demonstrated for detection of Hg2+ ions with relatively high selectivity and sensitivity. The sensing scheme based on G-quenching induced by ions. the presence ions, single-stranded signal probe which has carboxylfluorescein (FAM) guanine segment at its 5′ 3′ ends, respectively, folded into duplex-like structure via Hg2+-mediated coordination T–Hg2+–T base pairs. It brought guannine close to dye caused remarkable decrease signal. sensor showed sensitive response in concentration range from 0.5 10 μM, limit 0.5 nM given. This homogeneous system required only single-labeled oligonucleotide, operated concise procedures, possessed comparable sensitivity as previous approaches. Furthermore, exhibits great perspective future practical applications.
