摘要: Mechanisms of interaction single-strand DNA and hybridized on gold nanoparticles in the presence Hg(2+) was studied this work. Recently detection using unmodified (AuNPs) combined with is becoming a promising technique advantages simplicity, cost-effectiveness high sensitivity. However, few studies focused ssDNA AuNPs to date. In present work, we compared interactions different probes both absorption fluorescence detection. It found that there were only small partial dsDNA dissociated from surface after hybridization Hg(2+). Moreover, aggregated AuNPs/DNA system tended be dispersed again increasing concentration up 250μM. Based these results, mechanisms mercury based between DNA-conjugated investigated. Positively charged could bind dominate electrostatic consequently aggregation system.
