摘要: Thirst in response to intracarotid and intravenous infusions (1.5 ml/min) of various hypertonic, equi-osmolal solutions was studied the goat. Intracarotid 1 M NaCl 2 fructose induced conspicuous cumulative drinking. The amount water drunk during urea glycerol only about a third that consumed corresponding fructose. During galactose glucose drinking inconsistent. Of hypertonic had consistent dipsogenic effect. However, considerably smaller latency time for much longer than NaCI. It is concluded act as stronger thirst stimuli infusions, most pronounced effect obtained by those which also effectively release antidiuretic hormone hydrated possibility discussed may stimulate mechanism indirectly via rise Na+ concentration cerebrospinal fluid.
