摘要: A monolithic laser configuration has a substrate, diode disposed on the substrate for generating light beam, photodetector in path of beam receiving at least one part and deflection device deflecting substantially perpendicularly to surface. The can advantageously be used coupling module with plastic SMT housing standard configuration, it being possible produce optical access through an opening leadframe module.
