摘要: A surface-emitting semiconductor laser device is provided that includes an edge-emitting formed in various layers of material disposed on a substrate, polymer the substrate laterally adjacent which formed, diffractive or refractive lens upper surface material, side reflector angled facet generally facing exit end laser, and lower beneath material. Laser light passes out propagates through before being reflected by toward reflector. The then re-reflected towards lens, directs direction normal to substrate.
