摘要: Abstract Specific, saturable and reversible binding of [ 3 H]inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP ) was demonstrated to membranes prepared from autopsied cerebral cortices 6 subjects who were free psychiatric or neurological disease. The has an affinity 27 ± 8 nM (mean S.E.M.); capacity ( B max 1.09 0.18 pmol/mg protein is in the presence excess unlabelled IP . These H]IP sites are likely be physiologically significant receptors which merit further characterization normal diseased human brain.
