摘要: The past decade has witnessed a tremendous increase in the development of novel vaccines against tuberculosis (TB). In mice, each these vaccine candidates stimulates an immune response that reduces bacillary load, reflecting control but not sterilization infection. Yet, mechanisms underlying efficacy are only partially understood. parallel to clinical assessment current candidates, next generation still needs be developed. This requires basic research on how induce most efficacious response. Equally important is dissection responses patients, latently infected healthy individuals, and participants trials. Amalgamation this information will foster way towards more vaccination strategies prevent disease, or abolish
