摘要: We review the biofunctional effects of flower buds Camellia sinensis and C. var. assamica, such as antihyperlipidemic, antihyperglycemic, antiobesity, gastroprotective in vivo, antiallergic, pancreatic lipase inhibitory, amyloid β (Aβ) aggregation inhibitory activities vitro. Although tea leaves have been extensively studied, less attention has given to those flowers seeds plant. Our studies focused on saponin constituents extracts cultivated Japan China, assamica India, we their beneficial biofunctions for health promotion.
