摘要: There is growing evidence that the signal pathway between hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and its receptor c-Met plays an important role in development of lung cancer, although specificity such to be clarified. It seems clear HGF/c-Met contributes metastasis cancer cells by stimulating hyperproduction overactivation cytokines enzymes, e.g. HGF, vascular endothelial matrix metalloproteases. The may act as candidate responsible for epidermal (EGFR) kinase inhibitor resistance. Experimental showed combination both EGFR inhibitors had synergetic or additive therapeutic effects on cancer. Although mechanism interaction transforming factor-a/EGFR remains unclear, cross-talk balance those two pathways are critical necessary new therapies
