摘要: BRAF mutations are second to KRAS in activation of the MAPK pathway colorectal carcinoma cells. In addition mutated KRAS, V600E mutation is associated with resistance EGFR-targeted therapy cancer; thus might serve as a predictive factor. this study, 163 routinely resected adenocarcinomas were screened for exons 11 and 15 gene. Only 6 (3.7%) tumours had missense point (G469A, D594G, G596R, K601N twice V600E). The locally advanced multiple metastases lymph nodes. Mutations microsatellite instability (2 cases MSI-H, 2 MSI-L) mutually exclusive sample set, gene more diverse less frequent than usually reported.
