摘要: The Ras-ERK pathway is frequently up-regulated in colorectal cancer. We analyzed the clinical-pathological correlation of K-Ras mutation and phospho-ERK expression mutations were detected only 32.5% (41/126) cancer cases, while all cancers positive for staining. Colorectal with wild-typeK-Ras low had a significantly higher survival rate (log-rank P = 0.04). There 9 cases mutation/low diseases; 88.9% (8/9) them stage III/IV diseases. High was associated high T status cancer, yet combined mutation/phospho-ERK analysis further increased efficiency prognosis. Our results demonstrate that correlated closely progression. Moreover, although has more aggressive phenotype; not very high. Phospho-ERK may be useful marker combination improving prognosis
