摘要: Abstract The hyperdynamic syndrome is a late consequence of portal hypertension in cirrhosis. principal hemodynamic manifestations the are high cardiac output, and increased heart rate total blood volume, accompanied by reduced systemic vascular resistance. Pathophysiology involves complex humoral neural mechanisms that can determine changes, lead to circulation. In this review we focus our attention on syndrome. Some these well described directly related (varices, ascites, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome), while others, such as hepatopulmonary syndrome, portopulmonary hypertension, cirrhotic cardiomyopathy, less known clinical cirrhosis and, therefore, merit further investigation.
