摘要: The I-region-associated (Ia) antigens of the mouse represent a highly polymorphic system that are coded for by cluster genes located within H-2 complex (Shreffler and David, 1975; C.S. 1976). possibility these Ia actually product immune-response (Ir) is still an unresolved issue. However, undoubtedly play role in mixed-lymphocyte reactions (MLRs) (R.H. Schwartz et al., 1976a; Okuda 1977; 1978) T cell-macrophage interactions 1976b, 1978). They also associated with several immunoregulatory molecules, such as helper factors (Armerding 1974; Munro Taussig, Howie Feldmann, 1977) suppressor (Tada 1976; Theze antibody formation contact sensitivity (Greene MLRs (Rich 1977).
