摘要: High atomic number molecules, such as gold and platinum, are known to enhance the biological effect of X-irradiation. This study was aimed determine radiosensitizing potential PEGylated nanogel containing nanoparticles (GNG) cellular mechanism involved. GNG pretreatment increased levels reproductive cell death apoptosis induced by accumulated in cytoplasm expression endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress-related protein. suppressed repair capacity DNA after X-irradiation down-regulating repair-related proteins. Our results suggest that radiosensitized cells enhancing impairing via ER stress induction.
