摘要: We evaluated the temporal relationship between chemotherapy-induced changes in tumor glucose use and size. Methods: Twenty patients with adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction (AEG) were studied by 1 8 F-FDGPET CT scans before neoadjuvant chemotherapy, 14 d after initiation therapy, 4 wk completion therapy. Results: The relative change F-FDG uptake was more than 2 times larger decrease size at all time points (P < 0.01).
