摘要: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are emerging as new players in various diseases including cancer. LncRNAs have been shown to play multifaceted roles the development, progression, and metastasis of In this review, we highlight lncRNAs that critically involved pathogenesis digestive system cancers (DSCs). We summarize DSCs underlying mechanisms responsible for their functions. The DSC-associated interact with a wide spectrum molecules regulate gene expression at transcriptional, post-transcriptional, translational levels. also provide insights into clinical significance these lncRNAs, which found be closely associated aggressiveness could predict prognosis DSC patients. Moreover, suggested promising therapeutic targets DSCs. Therefore, better understanding functional will biomarkers diagnosis, prognosis, therapy.
