摘要: Analyses of organotin and organic mercury compounds have been performed in a sediment core from Sepetiba Bay, Brazil, order to investigate possible methylation pathways mangrove environment. The results revealed that the physico‐chemical conditions existing this type environment (high inputs, anaerobic conditions, microbial activity, etc.) account for high methyltin concentrations (mono‐, di‐ trimethyltin) sediments, which are dependent upon total load metal released (e.g. anthropogenic sources). Furthermore, presence dimethylmercury not monomethylmercury samples demonstrated new pathway transformation environment: compound, thought be unstable sediment, is assumed stabilized by conjunction factors, such as sulphide levels, anoxic constant inputs methane into medium.
