摘要: Sleep and epilepsy present a bidirectional interaction. complaints are common in epilepsy, sleep deprivation may provoke seizures. However, the mechanisms underlying this relationship unknown. Thus, study investigated effects of paradoxical (PSD24h) total (TSD6h) expression genes related to reactive oxygen species nitric oxide production frontal cortex rodent model temporal lobe (PILO). The data show that PILO rats had increased NOX-2 decreased SOD expression, independent sleep. Higher was observed only subjected control condition TSD6h.
