Preparation of ionic liquid polymer materials and their recognition properties for proteins

摘要: In this paper, two polymer materials were synthesized by using 1-allyl-3-butylimidazolium chloride ([ABIM][Cl]) or 1-vinyl-3-octylimidazolium bromide ([VOIM][Br]) as functional monomers, and arcylamide (AAm) a co-functional monomer. Bovine serum albumin (BSA), bovine hemoglobin (BHb), lysozyme (Lyz), cytochrome C (Cyt C) that have different properties selected model proteins to investigate the absorption separation abilities of ionic liquids materials. The selective for compared first time. results showed [ABIM][Cl] liquid material had high binding capacity BHb (828.5 mg g−1), [VOIM][Br] possessed BSA (804.7 g−1). Different can be separated altering cations liquid. addition, structure, morphology thermal ILs characterized scanning electron microscope (SEM), fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, differential calorimetry (DSC) thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). These indicated IL created tendency partition efficiently may applied in medical diagnosis, proteomics, biotechnology sensors broadly.
