摘要: Summary The configuration and time constants of the fetal electrocardiogram have been analyzed in relation to maternal acid-base status plasma electrolytes 102 cases which fetus was considered be “at risk”. Computer analysis results showed that acidosis is associated with prolongation electrical systole (QT) T-wave inversion, these changes became better defined at delivery. Similar were seen hyperkalaemia. A comparison scalp blood pH corrected QT times has shown provides more reliable method for prediction condition birth. Maternal sodium potassium concentrations a highly significant positive linear correlation concentrations. Fetal levels negative relationship standard bicarbonate values. In presence ratio concentration increases, hence gradient loss from develops.
