摘要: The expression of Fc receptors for IgG (Fc gamma R) and IgA alpha various other antigens on the human monocytic cell line U937 peripheral blood monocytes, under stimulation with recombinant tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) cytokines, was investigated by flow cytometry. TNF-alpha, as well interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) or interleukin-6 (IL-6) had a significant up-regulating effect RI/CD64. Furthermore, action TNF-alpha augmented IL-6, more evidently IFN-gamma. IFN-alpha alone only marginal effect, but able to increase TNF-alpha-driven RI expression. In contrast cells, did not enhance significantly monocytes. Interestingly, both cells R markedly TNF-alpha. induced HLA-DR HLA-DP monocytes cells. RII/CD32, FC RIII/CD16, CD14, complement receptor type 1 (CR1/CD35), CR4 (CD11c/CD18), MHC class-I antigens, influenced results this study show that may act mononuclear phagocytes, in combination modulating cell-surface antigens.
